At the Community of Mindful Parents we empower parents of children under 5 years old to become more effective, mindful and compassionate parents. We offer two parenting groups, Listening Mothers and Reflective Parenting, both with research based curriculums that promote strong family bonds and sets the foundation for long lasting emotional health.

Additionally, we are an online community of expectant moms, parents, grandparents, extended families and friends with the goal to nurture powerful relationships between parents and their children.
