On a recent airplane trip, I took a peek at the latest research on mindfulness training for parents. Despite a strong desire to check out with an O magazine, I read through a series of articles published in the Journal of Child and Family Studies. The entire issue was devoted to research on mindfulness training with children and parents. I knew that it would be full of insights!
